Chicago Mascot Attempt

My attempt at the Anime World Chicago mascot contest. I did not win, but I think I can post it now.

Her name is Skye. She's a pilot or wind surfer or something... I went with a wind theme, because Chicago...windy city... blah blah yeah...

Ignore all the little texts, just explaining the lame concept. I would have deleted them, but my original psd file in on my broke computer...

She was at least fun to make, even if I didn't win.
