I like Aquarius. I think it would be cool to be one XD One thing that was said about Aqua. above all the rest was that is was the most um.... "futurist and progressive" I guess you say, of the signs. Hm... Wikipedia put it in better words XD; But it sounded really cool. Anyways, I made a mystic looking character for this to help emphasize that. Lots of blues and purples; I tried to keep the design light and wispy, since although it's the "water bearer" and sign is an air element. I hope it looks like it.
